Bánh canh cua is a Vietnamese crab noodle soup. Its thick, chewy noodles are often compared to Japanese udon, which is why the dish goes by “crab udon” on many menus.
VyThi makes it with fresh Dungeness crab, and it is one of the VT Specialty Noodle Soups on our menu, with bun bo hue and the house special beef stew. We add no MSG or flavour enhancers to our food.
