Bún is the Vietnamese name for thin rice vermicelli, and a bún bowl is a noodle dish without soup, topped with grilled meats.
Our signature bowl puts four grilled toppings together, beef, pork, chicken and shrimp, plus a chả giò spring roll, more grilled toppings than any other bowl in our Vermicelli (Bún) section. We add no MSG or flavour enhancers to our food.
